Navigation: Use two fingers on your trackpad or your mouse wheel to scroll around the large canvas. Use the zoom controls (➕/➖) at the top to zoom in and out.
Group Sessions & Board Permissions: Pupils join in View-Only mode by default. Use the Participants list on the right to unlock drawing for an individual pupil or click ✏️ Unlock All so the whole group can write on the board.
Importing Workbooks/Images: Click the Add Image / Paste (📌) button, drag and drop files onto the side panel, or paste from your clipboard. Once on the board, position and resize the image, then click the green ✅ Stamp button to lock it onto the canvas.
Lesson Recording: The lesson is automatically recorded. For 1-to-1 sessions, select the pupil from the dropdown menu; for Group Sessions, select 👥 Group Session. When finished, click End Classroom to safely upload the recording.
Syncing Issues: If a pupil says they cannot see your writing or images, tell them to refresh their browser tab, or click the 🔄 Sync Board button to force a manual update to all screens.

Drawing (Tutor-Led Board): In group and 1-to-1 lessons, your board starts in View-Only mode so you can follow your tutor clearly. You can click ✋ Raise Hand anytime, and your tutor can unlock your pen so you can write on the board.
Cannot See The Board?
If you cannot see what the tutor is writing, or if your screen freezes, simply refresh your browser page. You will automatically rejoin the room and the board will reload to show exactly what the tutor sees!
End of Lesson: When the tutor clicks 'End Classroom', you will automatically be redirected back to your dashboard.
